01Concept
What would we build? A single campaign device — visual and sonic — with four native concepts hung on it, each written in its own language by people who grew up in it.
Loading
The brief archetype: a festival-season brand moment that has to land in four languages at once — Pongal is not Sankranti is not Ugadi is not Onam, and one translated master film reaches none of them.
Objective
What was the insight? The festivals share a season, not a story. Each market's version has to be built from its own ritual, food and film references — held together by one brand device.

02Campaign
What gets made? Four native hero films, market-specific creator cohorts, and a shared asset library so retail and performance teams in every state pull from one system.
Execution
03Conversion
What gets measured? Market-by-market lift on one shared framework — so the four campaigns compete on evidence, and next year's budget follows it.
